Rockland Office for Aging opens Resource Center

Rockland County’s Office for the Aging has opened a Resource Center to provide information about long-term-care insurance, including coverage available through the state-sponsored Partnership for Long-Term Care.

No ifs, ands or ‘butts’ to hospital’s new policy

Smoker? Don’t even think about lighting up on the grounds of either campus of the Orange Regional Medical Center in Goshen or Middletown. The hospital has issued a “no smoking” policy on its grounds that includes inside cars parked on its campus.
