Dr. David Levy of Sterlington was promoted to a principal at PricewaterhouseCoopers L.L.P., New York City, a provider of assurance, tax and advisory services. Levy continues as managing director for the firm’s health-care advisory practice, a position he assumed when he joined the firm in June 2005. Prior to that, he was executive vice president and special counsel to the chairman at ParadigmHealth Inc., Upper Saddle River, N.J. From 1997 to 2003, he was chief executive officer and chairman of Franklin Health/PersonalPath Systems Inc. in New Jersey. Before that, he was CEO of Corning Franklin Health in New Jersey. Before that, he was CEO and founder of Franklin Health Group in New Jersey. Levy holds a Bachelor of Science degree, a Master of Science degree in epidemiology and a medical degree, all from McGill University in Canada.

Andrew J. Bracco was appointed senior vice president, finance and information technology at Planned Parenthood Hudson Peconic Inc., Hawthorne, a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating and empowering individuals to make responsible choices regarding their sexuality and sexual health. Most recently, Bracco was chief financial officer at PHC Service Ltd., Yonkers. From 1997 to 2005, he was vice president, finance management information systems at Priority Home Care/Primary Wave Media. Bracco holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accordance from the State University of New York at Albany and a Master of Business Administration degree from Carnegie Mellon University.

Eugene Henderson Jr. of West Orange, N.J., was appointed vice president of student development at Rockland Community College, Suffern. Since 2002, Henderson was dean of academic student services at Nassau Community College, Garden City. Prior to that, he worked at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, N.J., culminating as acting dean of students. Henderson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from Saginaw Valley State University and both a Master of Arts degree in college student personnel and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in higher-education administration from Michigan State University.
